What scooter brands do you service?
We service all makes and models — including Vespa, SYM, Piaggio, Honda, Yamaha, Zoot, Fonz Electric, Kymco, Aprilia, PGO, Suzuki, and most Chinese scooter brands. We are an approved warranty and service centre for Zoot, SYM, and Fonz Electric.
Do you provide repair estimates before starting work?
Yes. We provide a digital inspection report before any work is approved or started. You'll know exactly what we found and what it will cost before we touch the bike.
Is there a warranty on parts and labour?
Yes. All work carried out at Coastline Workshop is backed by a full warranty on both parts and labour.
Do you offer a pickup service for non-running scooters?
Yes — pickup is available from $150 within the Gold Coast metro area. Please note all non-running bikes require a minimum commitment of two hours workshop labour.
How long does a service take?
Most standard services are completed within 1–2 business days. More complex repairs or diagnostics may take longer — we'll give you an honest timeframe when you book.
